Until you are certain that you’ve a confirmed reservation on another flight, we recommend that you do not go to the airport. You can get information about your booking here or in the SAS App under My SAS.

If you no longer wish to travel or decide to take an alternative travel method, we’ll refund your unused flight ticket. Please go to our refund page and we'll refund the unused portion of your ticket using your original form of payment. Refund can be registered within two months. If your trip was booked by a travel agent, please contact them for a refund. For reimbursement of other costs resulting from your alternative travel, please contact your travel insurance company.

If you would like to make a new reservation, please visit our website, call SAS Customer Contact Center, your travel agent or contact a SAS ticket counter where available. On days when many people’s travel plans are disrupted, there may be longer waiting times. But please bear with us – we’re doing our best to help you as fast as we possibly can.
